Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

KanoBoard provides workspaces, boards, cards, lists, calendar, and related collaboration tools. The Service is provided as-is, without a service-level agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. You must be able to enter into these terms. Do not share your sign-in credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other people’s accounts, or use it to store or share content you do not have the right to use.

4. Billing

A subscription belongs to an organization. It covers every workspace in that organization and sets how many workspaces, boards, and members those workspaces can have. People invited into a workspace use that organization’s plan. Extra workspaces, boards, or members stay after a downgrade; creating or inviting more is blocked until the organization is within its limits or upgraded.

Checkout, taxes, invoices, and payment methods are handled by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. Cancel or update a paid plan from Settings using the LemonSqueezy customer portal.

5. Your content

You retain rights in the content you put in workspaces and boards. You grant the Service a limited license to host, display, and process that content so the product can work for you and people you invite.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account in Settings. Deleting an account permanently deletes workspaces you own and the boards and cards in them. Memberships in workspaces owned by others are removed.

7. Software

The KanoBoard application software is proprietary. These terms do not grant you a license to copy, modify, or redistribute the source code or the Service.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of the page is the latest revision.

10. Privacy

How we handle account data, cookies, and workspace content is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of using the Service.
