0Who this board is for
Small development and product teams use this board for a single sprint. Cards move from the backlog through review on one board, and the whole team sees the same columns.
The sample cards are ordinary sprint tasks: fix the sign-in redirect, design the empty board state, and write the release notes. Replace them with the work in your sprint.
How the columns are set up
Backlog is work that is not in this sprint yet. Sprint Todo is committed for the sprint and not started. In Progress starts with a limit of 3, so the column shows how many cards are in flight against that cap. In Review is work waiting on another look. Done is finished for the sprint.
The limit is a number on the column, shown next to the card count. You can change it after the board is created.
Running the sprint
Pull a card into Sprint Todo when the team commits to it. Move it to In Progress when someone starts, and to In Review when it is ready for someone else. Assign the card so it shows up for that person.
The list view scans the whole sprint in one pass. Any card with a due date also appears on the calendar, which is useful for a release date or a review.
