Solo founders and small teams use this board to keep a launch in one place. The work is the announcement, the listing, the onboarding note, and the fixes that show up the week you ship.
Each of those is a card. You can assign it, leave a comment, and set a due date. The people on the board see the same columns, so the launch does not live in a private doc.
How the columns are set up
Backlog holds tasks that matter and are not this week’s work. This Week is the launch window: the things that have to move before you go live. In Progress is what someone is doing now. Done is what has already shipped.
The sample cards start you with announcement copy, a Product Hunt submission, and an onboarding email. Edit them, or delete them and add the tasks for your own launch.
Working the launch
Open the board when you want to see what is moving. Switch to the list when you want every remaining task in one scan. A due date on a card shows on the calendar, so launch day and the days around it stay visible.
After you create the board you can rename a column, add another, or change a card. The layout is a starting point for the week you ship.
