Who this board is for

Teams that hire on a simple pipeline use this board to see every candidate. A candidate is a card. The column is the stage they are in.

The wording stays plain: Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, and Hired. Sample cards cover reviewing new applications, a portfolio screening, and scheduling the team interview.

How the columns are set up

Applied is a new application. Screening is the first look or a short call. Interview is the conversation with the team. Offer is a candidate you have decided to hire. Hired is someone who has accepted.

Empty columns are part of the layout. Offer and Hired start clear so you can see the end of the pipeline before anyone reaches it.

Moving someone forward

When you read an application, leave a comment on the card with what stood out. Move the card to Screening for a short call, then to Interview when the team meets them. Offer is the stage after you decide to hire. Hired is the end of this board.

Assign the card to the person running that conversation so it shows in their inbox. Add a due date when an interview is booked and that date shows on the calendar.
